  • 6:00-8:30 Marching Band Rehearsal
  • 6:00-8:30 Uniform Committee
  • 6:00-8:30 Pit Crew / Prop Construction
  • 7:00-8:30 General Band Parent Meeting – in the choir room


  • 6:00-8:30 Marching Band Rehearsal


  • 6:00-8:30 Marching Band Rehearsal


  • 9:00 Meet in band room / Warm up
  • 9:30 Move Outside to Starting Position
    • Put instrument cases on the trailer
    • Stretch
    • Run through parade tune with color guard
    • Water break
  • 10:00 Parade begins
    • We are #59 out of 105


Parade will end at the intersection of Etna and Jefferson
Students may be picked up from that location. (Parking at the corner)
Large instruments returning to the high school should be loaded on the trailer.
ALL personal items (including instruments) MUST be taken home!

If you will need a ride following the parade, inform Mr. Petek or Mr. Gardner by Wed June 14th.

Things you need to know

What to wear: gym shoes, khaki shorts, solid red or black t-shirt (depends on row — assigned Tue)
Can I wear sunglasses? Yes
Can I wear a hat? No
What about water? It will be provided during the parade.
You must eat before coming to the parade!
Sunscreen is highly recommended.
